Healthy Hair Habits (H3)
The hair is one of those organs of our body which has a lot do with our outlook. Everybody wants to have healthy, dark and long hair. Many people feel depressed for lack of healthy hair.
The following are some proven hair habits which help in restoring and maintaining hair.
Avoidance of junk foods:
Junk foods are mostly carbonated foods which damage the cell cycles of the body and cause multiple diseases including hair loss.
Avoidance of drinks (soft/hard):
The stored soft as well as hard drinks contain the various flavours and alcohol which in Toto causes premature ageing, premature greying of hair and induces hair loss/baldness.
Avoidance of hair oil:
Contrary to the belief that hair oil is essential for healthy hair, it has been proved that oil on head causes dandruff and ultimately may induce hair fall! So, it is advised not to use hair oil for males, females, young and old. At best some hair serums and hair oils can be applied on the hair (not roots) as conditioner.
Regular shampoo:
Regular shampoo will wash the darts and grits from the hair roots and will prevent the formations of crusts as well as dandruff. We advice males to go for daily shampooing and females to go for alternate day.
Green leafy vegetables:
These vegetables contain the essential vitamins and amino acids required for healthy hair and cells in general.
Amla:
Amla contains a plenty of natural form of Vitamin C (an anti-oxidant), which is non synthetic and readily gets absorbed into our cells. The natural form of Vitamin C helps in proper growth and maintenance of the hair. The fresh juice of 1 Amla daily, empty stomach in the morning is very good to keep the immunity of the body thus helps in regeneration of the damaged tissue. People consuming Amla juice regularly enjoy healthy hair.
Elovera:
Fresh Elovera juice provides rejuvenation to all the systems of the body including the skin and hair. It is also a natural anti-oxidant. Every day 5 ml of fresh Elovera juice keeps the skin as well as hair healthy and shiny.

Regular Exercises:
Regular exercise keeps the metabolism under action. So, all the cells in our body required for building any tissue, regeneration and repair are active. All the essential building blocks of body like aminoacids, vitamins and minerals get absorbed properly and gets utilised properly with the help of regular excercises.  Exercise increases the general wellbeing so also the health of the hair.
Pranayam:
The meaning of Pranayam is control of breath. Breath is link between body and life. If the breath is controlled properly and regulated then it helps in the general well being as well as longevity of a person.
