Triggers of hair loss and Baldness

Genetically the active male hormone i.e DHT (Dehydro Testosterone) has got the potential to make every male bald. That means all the adult males are under the risk of baldness because the male hormone is flowing in their blood!
If there is a strong family history of baldness then the chances of becoming bald is more in the index person. Sadly, the hormone which gives us all the desirable male qualities like  beard, muscles and sex power also can cause baldness which is not desirable.
Earlier the male pattern baldness used to set around 25-30 yrs of age and sometimes as late as 40 years of age. Recently, all over world it has been noticed that the age of onset of baldness has reduced to 20 years of age and sometimes as early as 15 years.  One month back we saw a child of 8 years and he had all the signs of male pattern baldness!
The above three paragraphs tell that baldness is as old as human origin. But recently the age of onset has reduced. There are some proven and assumed factors which act as triggers for baldness.
The unhealthy life style which includes:
Lack of exercises
Lack of fresh air
Lack of fresh vegetables
Continuous sitting upon computers
Late night sleeping
Junk foods
Variety of drinks
Alcohol
Smoking
Adulterated stored/carbonated food

The above factors are supposed to induce male pattern baldness. It is advised to avoid the above factors as much as possible to prevent the early onset of baldness.
